Russian Trailer Pack v2.0

If you ride in harsh territory in some maps such as Goba’s Map, you will have problems even with an off-road trucks, because the trailers still get stuck. I found a trailer pack to resolve that situation!

This trailer pack is nicely done. I pulled a few trailer and I found them to be very nice to drive with.
I believe that the people that put this pack together took into consideration the weight of the trailer as well as the weight of the load on the trailer.
There were a few time’s where I almost hit and other vehicle because I hit the break’s to late.
I found this mod to be very interesting, in a way that, your truck is going to work and it will work hard with these trailer’s.
I did have a look at a couple of other mod site’s, a couple of people were complaining that this mod did not work for them, or a certain trailer will crash the game.
I had not trouble with this mod what so ever.

I will there for HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mod to any one that wants to try it.
This one is a keeper in my books.

Thanks The Rhythmosaur for sharing the link of this pack!

Download Russian Trailer Pack for ETS 2:

  1. Your position will be reset once you install it, so better finish any outstanding deliveries prior to activating the trailer pack!

    • I disagree. However, I need the say I run the pre-actual versions, because the latest versions do not work on my set. I described the problem at the latest Bus package.

        • As I say, the latest JazzyCats don’t run on my end at all, neither on Goba’s nor on any other map; they make my sim crash aswell. I don’t think this has something to do with Goba’s map. The previous versions and the russian pack however do nicely.

  2. There is an issue with at least one faulty trailer within, causing the sim to crash on Goba’s map. I can*t nail it down, because I can’t access the mod files.

    • This fits to my asumption, You are most probably just in the area of the faulty trailer. I bet the sim will crash when you go through all the contract offers for that city before hitting drive.

  3. Hey folks, here’s the deal:

Still brooding over these crash problems, I finally decided to step up one notch: I started my brain.
Heeeey, stop your stupid laughter, for if you had done so earlier, you might have had the same idea!

I remembered, if you click “About” in your ETS2, there is a Trailer
browser (did you know?), so I loaded the mod and began checking them
one by one. It seems the full 3D model is loaded there, because you can
turn it around, zoom in and so forth. So my thought was, if a trailer
crashes in the sim, it will also crash there.

it is quite easy to isolate a faulty trailer there down to the actual
file. Not in this case, for Koral grouped most of them together in one
pack, Pretty stupid, if you ask me. For that reason, I can only say, one
of the Log Trailers actually crashes, there are however several of them
(I don’t mean looks but seperate 3D models). The whole problem still
could be solved by gradually erasing wood trailers (their definitions)
from that package, see what happens, and put them back if they are not
the right ones, but you can’t even erase something from this mod, unless
    you use @Ambler ‘s tricks….

  4. God, I really wish that the author of this trailer pack would update this mod, as many of the trucks I like to play with are too tall for the normal trailers in the game.
